My dearest and oldest friend, Tyrie from dA, has a crazy scary timing. He noted me with access to the latest episode JUST as I was starting the posting process for this week’s episode reaction before I would go hunting for the new episode. Scary.
Anyways. Let’s get on with the show and see what this week’s episode holds for us!

Wow, dat animation was dang smooth.
Was gonna question Celestia’s timing on knowing exactly when to Spike mail that letter in time with the arrival of that package... but I did just experience today that even mortals can have a scary crazy timing, so I’ll let it slide.

I’m as ever puzzled by the appearance of classic horse shoes among the belongings of ponies, especially as the design still holds the holes meant for the nails to keep such things permanently attached...
Oh gosh... I know it’s an old cliche having a person fret over an overdue library book but it can still be made so very entertaining. And I'm sure plenty a fanfic writer already played out this scenario this before, but putting Twilight in it still is an amusing thought to me.

... how can you look at a dragon and then decide “yes this is definitely my waiter!” in a society where dragons are VERY rarely seen outside the Dragon Kingdom and Spike should be a special site even for Canterlot ponies, considering he’s the only one.
I’m amazed Twilight hasn’t gone full Twilighting yet, the show writers usually love her full on anxiety attacks. Guess she’s trying to beat the fact she was made a verb at the expense of how she over reacts.
Ah, theeere we go. Adding casualties to her crime now is what it took.
You know you’re in Canterlot, when seeing ponies walking with their heads held up so high they’ll drown once it begins to rain.
Many moons ago. Stacking for years. Yet they keep on keeping the in-show time tablet vague.
Also, pleasant stallion. I wonder what his story is. I need fanfics explaining what his deal is!

Cute episode. A bit of a mess in some sense, but got its good moments. Definitely pure fluff and filler slice of life for the most part, I don’t think Twilight really learned much from that lesson.
Was a cute story with good callbacks, but not much else beyond that.
