Either in Europe or Africa? Deducing the former. There is a lot of adorable and cute with an occasional daww going on here, with half the population carrying their mascot (plushie for you Spanish speakers), and a whole lot of human males acting nice and friendly and, well, humane. Kinda a lovefest of good vibes and public hugs. Nothing beats a place we're folks go to celebrate something that makes them happy and kind.
