The Child of Chaos - Major Update · 5:35am Apr 15th, 2019
Some time ago - close to a month I believe - I received a PM from one of who was reading the story (Child of Chaos) and wondering when was the next update coming.
I am sad to say that Child of Chaos... is being cancelled... kind of; originally when I began this story, the writing part came from me, but the idea department was only a quarter of me as the major ideas - the OC main character, the cameo characters like Bill Cipher and everything else - was originated from a user called dragon whisper 243 who asked for a commission on writing a story based on his ideas.
Lately during a month or two ago, I received a PM from him when the next update to our story project was coming... until that same PM vanished. Wondering if it was glitch, I tried seeing his account, only to have the Derpy pop-up show up... that only meant one thing - dragon slayer deleted or had his account deleted.
You see, I learned that and for awhile thought about what should be done with this new information. I could continue to write the story like nothing happen, but from one story writer to another, it would of be considered stealing seeing as both the story ideas and character do not belong to me.
I'm not certain if dragon slayer deleted his account to make a new one and forgot to PM to tell me, or that they are officially gone. Know that I won't continue writing the story as it is anymore... I will however use this current situation how I did with IHAP - I'll write a new story but based off my own design purely. The character of dragon slayer's I'll use but remake it in a way that it has zero connections with the original while keeping some certain core parts.
(To those who are interested and still want to read Child of Chaos; whether you feel angry, sad or upset at these recent news, understand that not every project - whether my own or another authors' - will continue to last. I will try to recreate Child of Chaos into something else to re-continue what I left off with dragon slayer.)
(And to dragon slayer 243 or whichever other name you now go by, if you are reading this, I am sorry if I never gave answer to your PMs about the story and I am sorry that I never gotten your full permission to be using your character. If you are angry and wish to tell me to stop, I'll do so; if you are okay with this either way, then I am happy you aren't upset at these circumstances. I hope to meet you again under another time and another moment, hope your path leads you to your goals fairly.)
As for further news, due to the difficulty of writing stories like this - commissioned stories and stories involving more than one author or person - I won't be accepting any requested stories unless I feel interested into the idea.
