I feel I should address this. · 5:53am Mar 12th, 2019
Well, things are winding to a close. We're nearing the first episodes of Season 9, and after that... there comes the abyss of the unknown. My Little Pony will continue, we know this much, but the details are, of course, not there. What I do know is I'll continue writing, and to that end, I do think I'll continue to write about FIM so long as there's an audience; that audience being you. When I first began writing, I did it for myself; I had ideas, I thought they were interesting, and I wanted to see them become something more than just images and words in my head. I didn't care if people read my stuff, that was a side effect. Now, I can say with 100 percent certainty that I write only for all of you. Should you all one day tragically and suddenly stop reading the things I wrote, I would give up. Of course, I find joy in the craft, but I find more joy knowing all of you enjoy the things I create in my free time.
I guess, to stop rambling, I pose a question; if I continue to write the things I write now, will you be okay with that? Writing stories of two sisters who, I suspect, will not make the journey to G5? I know I don't write exclusively about the two sisters, nor do I plan on writing about them exclusively, but every single major work I create and currently plan on creating revolves around them just as their sun and moon revolve around Equestria (god that's corny).
It's a serious concern for me, you know? I know this eventuality is quite a ways out, but it's been at the forefront of my thoughts for some time now, especially after the S9 Premiere.
Hey, speaking of writing, I'll use this chance to tell you that the next chapter of Life In Boxes is most certainly making progress, but it's big... 7k to 8k I suspect. It's a major turning point, and I'm making sure it's as good as it can be.

I think i will personally just ignore season 9, depending on what happens. So yes i am fine with that

I mean, I might watch a few episodes, and I'll probably end up watching the finale, but other than that I'm in the same boat. Shit, I've only seen a few episodes of S8 and S7, and the last full season I watched was S3.
Not like whatever happens in S9 effects me at all since I set all my shit in S2 or S3, lol.
Write what you want dude, s'all good.
I'm not even sure if I'm going to watch Season 9 yet. I'll probably keep reading regardless.
