Okay everypony, listen up. I have about 5 different ideas banging around in the space known as my brain, that I could go with for chapter 5. Problem is, they all sound interesting, and I have a migrane trying to figure out which one I want to implement.
The first and most obvious path that I could take for chapter 5 is to continue where Ch 4 left off.
Path # 2: There is a scene that I have alluded to in the comments about certain ponies that have been wanting to tell Rarity off.
Path # 3: I want to bring Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash into the story.
Path # 4: I want to flesh out Twilight a little more.
Path # 5: I want to bring the Princesses into the story.
So, here is what I need from all of you. What do you want to see happen in the next chapter? All of these ideas will be implemented at some point. I just have n o idea which one to go with for at the moment. Whichever one is asked for the most is the idea I will use for Chapter 5.
Where any of them derived from my 9? [also first]

477908 Racko brang Celestia in her story, um, Pinkie and Dash would only spawn unnecessary chapters I think, Ponies telling Rarity off would make the situation worst, and fleshing out Twilight a bit more would definitely help, I would go with Twilight!

Rainbow Dash and Pinkie: These would probably distract the story by adding unnecessary characters then needed for story in question.
A princess or two: Yeah, that could work, I just can't predict how you would do it, although it would be nice too see how it would turn out.
Rarity being told off: You know, that actually might work! Like in the Dicord episode, Celestia sent Twilight her old letters to bring her Element back, it could be a good path, and with your writing it would turn out well I'm sure.
Fleshing out Twilight: Needs too be done, not only this but it can also be paired with another path.
Overall, I think you should both flesh out Twilight, and have various ponies tell off Rarity, not only would this help Rarity know what she has too do, but it would also get Twilight in there as well! And that can also merit a princess or two as well! And that's my opinion!

Who do you want the focus on? That is the question to ask.
Seeing as how this is a romance between Rarity and Spike, Options #1 and #2 would both fit the bill.
If Twilight has a role to play, you could try number #4, but only if she is going to build onto the story as it presently is.
(At the moment, she appears to only be a third party in all this. A segway, if you will.)
Frankly, I see no reason why Rainbow, Pinkie, or the princesses would be involved with this matter.
However, it is all up to you. In my opinion, if Spike is getting his act together, going after Rarity and showing what is going on there would be a wise choice. (You have only two rather short scenes with her. You cannot neglect one side of the pair in a romance.)
Final answer: #2. But as I told you before: It's your baby, you know what's best for it.
I'm not sure if Rainbow and Pinkie should come in. By focusing on the characters already in the story, it will allow you to get more in depth with them. So my opinion I would bypass 3 and 5.
Although if you want to add them go for it
I think I'm interested in seeing them all.
A logical order (to me) would be #3, #4, #2, then #5. *shrug* Having all of them might make things too big, but I'm sure you could work something in.
