So I have an update, but FIRST let me ask you all for your most memorable train riding experiences? I am currently trying to write a shortfic for Viper Pit's Hybrid Story Contest, and I have decided to have it take place on a train. However, having never really been on a train before, I have no experiences of my own that I would like to use for the story.
Thus I thought I might ask you all, if you had any experiences you would like to share.
Now that that is taken care of, and I have kind of established that I am writing a shortfic for a contest, allow me to share some other good news.
I might have a job soon. Today I went in for an interview at a place where my younger brother's wife works. Not only did the interview go well but I was given a tour of the facility, something that my sister (no, my brother didn't marry my sister, I merely mean by this that my brother's wife is a good friend and is like a sister to me.) said is given only to individuals they are really considering to hire.
Which, means I might get a phone call sometime next week. I'm so excited.

My last experience on a train was... Not that good, I admit.
The biggest problem was the bathroom situation... I shudder in horror at the thought of having to stay on that train longer than I did.
Okay.
Only been on a train once (I'm not counting the tram in Washington DC). Was coming from the Grand Canyon. Was very cool, probably because I was very little.
Train gets "boarded" by some outlaws (no, I'm not kidding. It was a show.) and they begin to "rob" the passengers. Only other thing I remember is hiding my favorite comic book so they didn't try to take it too.
