I Need To Make Something Clear

I know I've been very absent lately but I still give advice to writers now and again as PMs. Lately there's been a problem which I need to remedy.

    My OCs are my own.
Characters such as Cascadius, Colonel Peregrine, Nancy, Blue Murder, Tybalt, Shadowplay, Tungsten and others.

    Putting My Webcomic Out There

Hi guys. Just to show you what I've been working on all this time.
Deviantart and Tumblr are a bit...let's say shaky right now in terms of putting your art out there and I've been looking for more specialised sites for my webcomic.
So I've finally got a Tapas page.
    The Tale Of Cao Aman

    27 Today And Some News

Hi everybody. Sorry I've been so distant lately.
Twenty-Seven years old today...and I'm told I still look seventeen. Don't ask me what my secret is, I'm just as puzzled, but not complaining.

So I've Heard About The Rings Of Power

So I'm actually quite looking forward to The Rings Of Power, the soon-to-be cinematic series based on Tolkien's Middle-Earth lore. The Lord of the Rings is probably my favourite film trilogy and, while it's debated to this day, I really enjoyed The Hobbit series.
And there's something I feel I need to say...

Spyro Reignited Is A Modern Gaming Masterpiece! · 2:12pm Dec 27th, 2018

Which is odd because it is, for all intents and purposes, a remaster of one of the very first video games ever made for the playstation. I suppose that says something about modern gaming when a revisiting of the past glories is the most well-received.
But if I've been absent these last few days, it was for this and I recommend everyone give it a try if possible.

What makes it stand out is the sheer amount of effort put into it. It's essentially a template that's been polished as much as possible. Every Dragon in Spyro The Dragon looks and acts completely unique (And keep in mind, they only appear for a few seconds!). The handling of the game's engine with the very tight, very responsive controls make speed and placement more impactful and satisfying than ever. The characters are cute, expressive and really very appealing.
(Steamy pin-ups of Elora and Bianca are probably flooding Furry forums as we speak :ajbemused:)

Admittedly, it's not perfect. There are a few little nicks here and there that mess things up at times (Hunter's glitched out a couple of times in the short time I've known him so far), some instances can be pretty frustrating and unless you're part of the gaming generation that used limited lives and 100% Completion Objectives, those two things will really get on your nerves. Also, while I commend them for tracking down and getting a lot of the original voice actors and while quite a number of them sound better this time round, some of the voice acting isn't quite so memorable. It's good but it's just not as fun (May just be because almost all of it was so goofy and hammy last time)
But I don't think any of this is enough to leave much of a mark on the main game and all its features.

Toys For Bob will have a special place in my heart for their work in this (Their Madagascar PS2 game was actually the first game I ever owned and it was honestly really good!) At the end of the day, what makes the game great is that it has so much stuff in it and all of it feels varied and distinct.

For anyone who is interested, I highly recommend it. It's well worth its price and I'd say it's arguably Game of the Year material!
