So to give some progress from my last post on writing. I finally started writing everything down for the game. But I lost my V. 3.45 game guide, so me and my bro are working on doing everthing from scratch for the V 4.0 Beta. New mechanics, updated classes, and fine tuning things.
Over the last 2 weeks I have finished the rough draft of 12 Races (well 5 races, but there are 3 Humans; 5 elves (3 races, and 2 sub races); the Ty'Ren (a mix of Argonian (Elder Scrolls), Reptile (Mortal Kombat), Pachychephlasaurus, and Hork Bajir (Animorphs)); Inaurian (Cat People with prehensile feet) + 1 sub race; and The Asuran (Demon like humanoids).
And my brother found his document that has the fighting styles of all the classes. So we're going to be recording that soon. Each style is completely new, yet highly combat effective (he is a 4th Dan in TKD, has been doing Itsutsumaru Ninjutsu for 14 yrs; and has moderate skill in Capoeira; and several styles of Kung Fu). So ... I'm kind of stoked, just need him to get his sparring gear so we can record it.
I need to do some texturing for some of the last few races; And some basic clothing. And I can get that moved over to Unreal Engine 4.
Then all that's needed is the Classes, Mechanics, Items, and little do dads. And I'll be done (which is going to take a while, but still closer than I was.)
And the book itself I'm going to put as a video game, easier to carry around, save character sheets, all the math is done for you, and I can program both dice, and something to mimic allowing a DM to fudge a roll.
It's going to be epic!!!! I'm mostly excited since it's been something I've been working on since 2013, but till recently everytime I made headway my laptop would die horribly, and I'd lose all progress (or my laptop would get stolen and I'd lose all progress). But now I'm saving everything on Flash Drives, OneDrive, GDrive (what can be saved there), and finally feeling a sense of completion.
Congrats on all the progress!

Thanks ^_^. I'm on the fence on wether to make it physical book compatible. Or it being purely digital. A purely digital one will have the benefits of:
1) Less overall physical space and weight.
2) Convertable to both all computer and tablet systems (possibly later on smartphone as well).
3) Better organization.
4) Able to add animations and more resources.
5) Patches, fixes, nerfs, and minor changes can be done without having to buy a new book everytime that happens.
6) Easier to save character sheets, replace lost "books", and resources if they're digital.
and
7) Can have an easy one and done area for DM resources, Player Maps, Less work long term for character sheets and construction, and less over all writing.
But it has the downside of:
1) It'll be more of a database with a character sheet / character resource app attached to it.
2) Some people might like books better.
3) My brother is unsure on if a game app replacing a book for the game is the right move.
3b) So I might make an app and resource app (sold for free) and have the book based around the free app. (Will beta that XD.).
