Some douche pulled a maneuver to ensure I would crash my car into him, and despite photographic evidence to prove that I was in the right, my insurance said that there's nothing in the images proving that I was in the right. I was in a single lane with a cement blocker at the level where they left the bike lane and kept going so I would crash into them, but I was trying to bypass them. Illegally.
It's not fair...it's always my fault...nothing I say is true...Now I'm going to be tanked thousands of euros...

Go to the court. If it is really that obvious that you were in the right, and that you are 100% sure that what the insurance is saying is bullshit, then go to a lawyer and present your case to him. Get a professional opinion, and if he gives you the all-clear, then go and beat those idiot, money-grubbing insurance dudes in a lawsuit, fair and square. I'd even help you cover your costs! Because that shiet is just plain wrong. You got my support in this, friend. ^^

But this is Belgium. I allegedly have a lawyer paid by the insurance if this is elevated in court, but no one will believe me anyways.
I'm just going to have to work quadrice as hard to get my book published and will try a trial run of writing commissioned stories before going for paid ones if they're successful.

Doesn't mean you can't get a third opinion. You could even just ask some lawyer for confirmation. Take all the evidence you got with you, and simply ask someone. They are there to help you, and it might even cost you nothing. It simply can't hurt to do that, and there's no sense in paying anything to anyone if you know you're right. ^^
Plus, I know about Belgium, what with me living practically next doors in Luxembourg. Weird place, lemme tell you. XD
