First off, if you can't guess I am doing pretty well in my college courses. I have been able to maintain a sizable lead on my work, which in turn means I am able to do some writing from time to time.
Recently I have been thinking back to 31 Nights of Nightmares and I thought I might discuss some ideas with you all, so please feel free to leave some feedback. Remember I am merely throwing these ideas out for feedback (hence why they are possible changes).
Possible Changes:
Cover Change
As many of you know I had originally intended for this art piece (which isn't mine) to serve as the cover art for the story. However, I am feeling that my art skills have improved so I might be able to create a decent image of my own.
Plus there is another reason, I thought I might create a new cover.
Changing Some Characters
When I was basing my story off the original image, I was forced to have some of the characters be different creatures then I would have liked. These were mainly Fluttershy being a Changeling and Applejack being a Scarecrow (which isn't bad, I'm just not sure I'm feeling it).
So it is possible that I might be changing both Fluttershy and Applejack to be a different species of monster. For some reason I really want(ed) to make Fluttershy into a vampony, despite this already being a thing and having already written a story with a vampony Fluttershy.
As for Applejack, I'm not too sure. I would like to do something unique with her. Feel free to offer any suggestions that don't include: Werepony/Timberwolf, Tatzlpony or Scarecrow.
Changing Dreamhaven into Something Else
While writing down a few story ideas, I had actually considered have Dreamhaven and Discord being replaced with something else. The idea being that the facility is actually in Tartarus and is maintained by King Sombra (well, sort of, he isn't technically a king anymore). The facility is broken into two sections: The Actual Prison Complex and a Sanctuary for various monsters and monsterfied ponies.
Of course, this is kind of an iffy idea.

This 31 Nights of Nightmares you speak of... I’ve never heard of it until now. What is it, exactly?
4903551 It was a story idea, I had a while back as a Halloween series. Though I decided to change it out for Ask Graceful Thread, I still plan on working on the story and releasing it at some point.
