Update on the "Drawing a Blank" reboot. · 9:48pm Jun 17th, 2018
I have finally gotten a draft that I am happy with. Currently have two prologues and two chapters written, with a third in the process. Going for a VERY different feel then the original. Here is a list of changes to expect.
--The human, unlike before, will be an active character from the start, instead of being found unconscious. But will remain unnamed until the fourth of fifth chapter for story reasons.
--There will be a greater emphasis on the human's amnesia, mostly in the prologue chapters.
--There will be a greater emphasis on the idea that ponies don't know what humans are, and are in turn uneased by him on first meetings. Mostly elaborated on in prologues.
--The reasoning for the human's name (which may or may not be the same name) will have an actual reason behind it this time. For "daww" purposes.
And that's just what I have planned so far. I want this new version to be infinitely better then the original, and with every writing session it is coming out to be that way. Thank you all for your patience, and I hope you enjoy the story when I start making it public (which may be very soon!)
