    See you later crocodile

    Hi folks
I'm taking a break. Don't know if it will be definitive or temporary. I won't go into details so here's the summary:

    • I'm tired and busy with way too many projects. I have to stop some of them.
    • I'm tired of how little reactions my stories get.
    • I am disappointed in my current stories on this website.

Life was a bitch to me this week. So the chapters are coming out today, and I'll be on hiatus for a couple of months. Take care everyone!

    See you later.

    Eight crepe-flipping years

    Hey folks

Next week's my birthday. It will also be The Mare in the Warp's anniversary. Eight years. Eight crepe-flipping years since I started working on a personal project to prove to myself that I could write a long story and stick to it and finish it.

Writing a bit · 3:30pm Jun 16th, 2018

Hello, everyone.

It's been a while, I'm still alive, writing is hard but I'm trying to get back to it cause I missed it so freaking much. So here's a teensy weensy teaser of what I'm currently working on. I've got a hundred projects in mind and I plan on doing them all. I hope I'll find the time and motivation.

"Tatzl was a Tartarus Pit.

A wild and violent blue sun bathed the whole system in deadly radiations barely stopped by the planet magnetic field, making navigation hazardous and rendering auspice and arrays unreliable. To make matters worse, Tatzl passed at least three times each one of its years through a thick asteroid belt – the scattered remains of another planet whose course had sent too close to the sun and which had been torn to shred by the gravitational and magnetic field of the star – and the irregular tilt of its orbit caused planet-wide earthquakes and intense volcanic activity all year long.

For these reasons and many, many others, the planet had long been overlooked by explorers and rogue traders. They expected a desert world barely worth the trouble when they noticed it at all.

A very costly oversight.

Tatzl was a gold mine like no other in the sector. The planet was rich, both in prometheum and rare minerals, from its gas-filled atmosphere to its metallic crust. As an added bonus, it was conveniently close to other strategic assets, which would make it an invaluable tool in the sector's pacification efforts while being an easily defensible spot.

Calculations had been made, costs and risks calculated, potential gains assessed and the results had been unanimous. Tatzl had to be added to the Imperium. The task would be arduous at best but even the most conservative prognostics were very favourable. And so, the monolithic machinery of the Pony Imperium came alive to assimilate the planet."
