There's a thing called a hurricane . . . · 8:38pm Oct 28th, 2012
. . . And I'm apparently in it's path. So, expect me to be gone for at least two days. Two weeks max.
I've also seen a few blog posts this Sunday afternoon regarding the storm, and a lot of people commenting on that . . . but there were none on Friday or Saturday, when the hurricane was supposed to hit Florida, Virginia, etc.
I can assume two things:
• Not a lot of bronies live on the east coast (assuming at least 50 miles from ocean)
OR
• I am not following those bronies that live on the east coast
• A lot of bronies live in the New England/Jersey/York area.
Yay for me.
In other news, the New England Patriots pulverized the St. Louis Rams, 45-7 in Wembley Stadium today.
What a shame. I live in Florida. Sucks for you.
Yer followin' me an' I live in Georgia!
One second apart.
Creepy.
455342
SHADAP!! Don't make me feel bad.
455343
Well, Hurricane Sandy never hi-
*ponders for a moment*
It didn't hit you, did it?
I live in Cali, nice and sunny here at the moment
455349 Nope!
Lol I live in texas, no hurricanes for me
We got twisters instead
455351
Ten seconds later, a magnitude 8.6 earthquake hits . . .
455352
Good for you.
455355
I'd choose a hurricane over a twister anyday.
455361 ....
You have won.
455342>>455352>>455355>>455369
What natural disaster would you rather be in? Choose one:
Earthquake
Drought
Tornado
Hurricane
Flood
Tsunami
455361 why? Hurricanes are more destructive from what I've seen, and more common
455378 Muddabuckin' earthquake so I can shake that with th' Earth!
455378
Neither of them, you dummy.
455378 Earthquake.
455379
Well, I live in New England, and a) most hurricanes we get are either tropical storms or mark 1, and b) the last major hurricane we had was sometime in the 1950's (I think).
455381
You need to move where 455385 is. That guy's in the right place.
455384
Obviously. But choose the bestesty-best one!
455391 Guy
There's actually very little noticeable earthquakes in the part of Cali I live in.
455391
trying to write a Deus Ex fic. not now.
455378 I live in a drought
455399
Then don't respond to my blogs, you dummy!
455398
What part would that be? And I was pretty sure that Cali is a ticking time bomb for the "Big One".
455401
Drought and twisters? SEEMS LEGIT
455424 I live on the central coast. I'm about 20 minutes away from the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
455424 it's true, although there aren't too many twisters
I live in Kansas and there have been three tornados that have been within ten miles of my house sense I moved here.
455852
The number 3 . . .
It's a sign. It means GET OUT!
455428
I'm too lazy to search any map for that.
455793
I'd say that's pretty lucky.
455861 Lol it's the big bay on the central coast. People from all over the world come to Cali to go to the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
455852 since, and how long had that been?
455904
Ah. That makes perfect sense.
455953 Your avatar says otherwise...
455907 Nearly five years.
Every projected track of this thing goes right through my frickin' back yard... ...
456069 we get that many tornado warnings in the same amount of time
Have you ever been in an Arizona Hurricane? (they actually exist - they're actually remnants of pacific hurricanes (typhoons) that dramatically increase rainfall, flash flooding, etc). =3
456146 Those weren't all of the tornadoes to happen in the last few years, they were just the ones that come close to destroying my home.
460528 I figured, I was just saying how many we get down here
