Spike got wings....
Spike....Got....Wings....
I am totally in shock, but also rather surprised as well. It was definitely not something I expected to happen when I began watching this episode. I just figured that he would go through his molting and come out looking the same as he always has. When he broke out of his stone encasing, I actually started laughing (but it was a joyful laugh) upon seeing his wings.
Congratulations to Spike on his new wings. I just hope that if you take flying lessons from Rainbow Dash, it goes better than Twilight’s lessons did.
