When I made the card for Princess Luna in My Little Planeswalker: Sideboard Stories, I gave her hexproof but completely forgot that Luna’s Defeat(seen in Shattered Sunset as I designed it before was something that was meant to be able to target her.
As such, I’ve now changed the text of Luna’s Defeat to have a different text. The new text is as follows:
Luna’s Defeat UB
Instant
Counter target creature or enchantment spell. If a spell named Luna of the Night is countered this way, its controller puts the top ten cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.
(Note that, since this chapter of Shattered Sunset was written before the Dominaria rules update, this card uses the out-dated “his or her” pronoun instead of “their.”)
EDIT: Reduced the cost of Luna’s Defeat by 1, and made it so that it hit only creatures and enchantments.
The issue here is that there's almost nothing black about this version.

I'm okay with slightly bending the mechanical color pie in the cases of these cards since their colors are meant to be more flavorful evocationss of the characters being defeated than they are indicative of the spells themselves.
IMO the color pie should be treated as a set of basic principles for any given card design, but not necessarily as a straight jacket.

Fair enough. Flavor bleed can certainly work.
