I've been wondering for all the people who read Black Gates: Fallen, how do you feel on the occasional (no it isn't becoming a clop fiction out of nowhere) smut chapters coming up?
Right now, I feel as if I should only write them up as necessary, like after major events, or as a romantic sort of moment. I'm curious as to all of your opinions.
My editor suggested I should just write them up separately, allude to sex happening, and then post them as a 'delete scene' or 'author's cut' sort of thing.
I guess there are many ways to go about it, but I do want my readers opinions on the issue.
And, I'm feeling a little spin off. Perhaps a bit of an interlude after everything that's happened. Are there any characters (both mentioned or unmentioned) that you'd like to have a spin off? Of course the M6 and a couple other undisclosed characters are off that table as they'll have main stories (with Fallen continuing all the way through or until I deem in necessary to end it). I'm always willing to hear what the readers think, regardless of whether it's good or bad. As this is a passion project, anything to make it better is always good in my eyes.
Romantic moments are my favorite kind of 'clop', it just feels a lot better.
