Don't you love it when your phone overheats while playing Angry Birds to the point of which it's actually reasonable to stick an old PC heatsink on it? I mean, it's a Pentium-era cooler that'd likely fail to cool even a laptop at this point, but it's small enough that I can just stick it on my phone whenever the thing heats up. So yeah.

Obviously, if it was hot enough that the fan had to be running, then this phone would've long-since died a fiery death.
(Also, crappy USB webcam pic is crappy USB webcam pic. Can't take a photo of my phone with my phone, y'know. ^_^)

Wow!

I took it out of my first PC while I was busy restoring it. I upgraded the CPU to an AMD K6, and the cooler couldn't handle the increased heat so I had to change out the cooler to a beefier one.
Side note: Since I grew up using the aforementioned first PC, I also happen to have a preference to it's clicky old keyboard, hence why the keyboard in the photo is so yellowed. All it took was an AT-to-PS/2 adapter to get the thing to work.

The heatsink I use has rounded edges because 90's technology, so I just kinda plop the thing on my phone's screen and let it sit for a few minutes to cool.

Alternatively, aluminum foil shaped into a crude heatsink actually works quite well too.
