PS4 Day 1 and Season 8 Episode 4 Spoilers · 1:05am Apr 8th, 2018

Well, I didn't spend too long with Last of Us Remastered (didn't even make it through the docks) before the call of something new lured me away; the game whose E3 2015 reveal put this console squarely in my sights three years ago.

Horizon Zero Dawn's world is intriguing, its hostile inhabitants challenging, and not to mention, the whole thing is visually stunning. Finally, something that gives Witcher 3 a run for it's money when it comes to best looking game I have ever seen.

I'm not sure if it's the PS4 Pro's supersampling, but this doesn't look like 1080p. This looks so much sharper.

So, onto this morning's episode. Spoilers below the break!

So Fluttershy has to be told yet again to just be herself. Her acting skills are certainly sharp, but sweetheart, when customers are walking out of your friend's business, you're doing something wrong, and it's time to use your brain.

I give this episode a "Barely OK" rating. Better than 'Fluttershy Leans In' but not as good as 'Health of Information' and 'Discordant Harmony'.

Have you considered Watchdogs 2 for the PS4? That was the game that sold me on getting the console when I saw all of the fun that could be had in it on various youtube videos.

I haven't heard much about Watch Dogs 2, all I know was there was a lot of controversy around Watch Dogs 1.

Watch Dogs 2 is pretty good. If you can tolerate the odd hipster dialogue and obnoxious political allegories, it's a funny and engaging experience. Pick it up on sale though.

Again, I can't stop recommending inFAMOUS: Second Sun and Bloodborne as far as exclusives go (especially since Bloodborne is free for PS Plus this month).
