70 just isn't as funny a number. Ah, whatever. Although you ruined my fun, I'm not complaining.
Oh, if you want to know about my stories, Stroke of Midnight is just being polished a bit. I'll get started on Chapter 6...sometime soon?
And to all of you still belligerently tracking Why Didn't Ah Stay At Th' Farm: it's done! I couldn't take it any farther even if I wanted to! The second chapter alone was a stretch. I know, it's getting some fierce competition from Beating the Heat. I know, you guys are demanding more. But my resistance is absolute! It is stronger than Nokia phones! It will never crumble!
In the meantime, I'm trying to get Stroke of Midnight on EqD. I've already made a couple tweaks, and am planning to completely rewrite theMidnight scenes after it was pointed out that Midnight was setting off Gary Stu alarms. On the other hand, I think I can throw Chapter 6 out there without worrying too much about edit-created continuity errors, so I'll get started on that sometime soon. As I just said above.
That, and I've got an idea for a Western, and am tossing around the idea of a HiE story, as well as a comedy detailing the mechanics of shaving...ugh. Too many ideas.
Now if you'll excuse me, I made myself late for a chemistry lecture by writing this. Crap.

I'd hate to be that guy, but I'm going to have to invoke the George Lucas protocol and say that you not mess with 'Th' Farm'. It's good as is, and like you, where on earth could you possibly go from here? Unless you have an idea so spectacular, so unabashedly amazing it makes me weep tears of joy for having read it, and tears of sorrow for not having read it sooner, I say neigh.
