Origin: Hell (literally)
Bio: Screwtape is a being of terrible power, all of it evil. His assistant and nephew Wormwood is still training to be the same thing. His pen however is strange in and of itself. It truly does not matter which pen he uses but this particular one was made by him. The pen has a mind altering ability. Simply write a letter to someone telling them what to do and they'll do it. That's it. Unfortunately there it does not work on Discord, Tirrek, and a number of other beings. It will however effect the Princesses which makes it of national importance.

You know? I thought the next artifact was going to be Twilight's evil element. But the pen is still nice!

I'm going to totally honest with you, I completely forgot about Twilight's element.
Also if you wrote fanfics with that pen, I'd suggest not standing next to sharp objects. or soft objects...or any objects for that mat...you know what? Let's just go with what you said the first time about not using it at all. I like that.
