I've got two stories that have been in the works for a while that have their first chapter nearing completion. They are both sequels, one to End of Days, End of Nights; the other to Scorching Day, Chilling Night. So here's a preview for each of them.
Janice Adjusts To Ponyville Preview:
Mellia was the first to get over the shock of the reveal. “You look… Well, It’ll certainly take some getting used to. Seeing you like this, I mean.” She smiled brightly. “I’m certain, that with enough time, we’ll be more comfortable around you like this.”
Janice cleared her throat to get the attention of the secretary. Once she had it, she wore her most winning smile. “Hello there. I’m looking to speak to the mayor about something of importance regarding a more… permanent residence in this town.”
Ponyville Adjusts To Starlight Preview:
“ARGH!” ...and failing miserably, it seems. “WHY!? WHY ISN’T THIS WORKING?!?” We zoom in to Starlight’s new residence in Ponyville, which is only barely complete enough to be lived in.
"Sorry that I can't be there to help, but the life of an artist of my caliber is a demanding one, to be sure. I'll visit when I can.
