Displaced, why they work so well in mlp and other crossover possibilities.

I always liked the Idea of the Displaced even before there was fimfiction to have the group, but the question arose “why does the MLP world work so well with the displaced idea?” let me tell you I have given it some thought and come up with some ideas as to why.

1) The power difference- MLP is a world of inconsistencies, you can point to some ponies like Applejack and the time she bucked a bolder out of a canyon and claim that someone like as Iron Man might actually lose in a contest of pure strength, but the princesses who control the sun and moon are usually portrayed as so week or incompetent that literally anything ranging from magic sapping weeds to shapeshifting bugs can take them out. This type of insane power fluctuation can leave the door open for fanfic writers to essentially change the world's power to match the displaced at will. You have someone as strong as the hulk, Applejack, and Maud pie has shown strength comparable to the hulks base strength and alicorn are said to have earth pony strength so you can justify them being able to tank a few hits from him. Here's the math (guestimating) if ponies are roughly three feet six inches then this bolder would be 21 feet, note that I did measure the actual base, not the angle it's resting on the ground and this bolder at roughly 340 tons is 21.5 feet we can tell its estimate weight, but we should also take into account that its significantly more rounded and that the rock its made of is a darker material which generally means denser and heavier suggesting that it could be anywhere from 345 to 350 tons which is roughly three and a half times stronger than the hulks “calm” state.
IF you have a weaker displaced like the TF2 crew then you can claim that the ponies could easily be defeated by them because of there lack of ranged weaponry and general lack of fighting experience.

2)The story- Most TV shows either have a large amounts of episodes you can skip like adventure time, have no overarching story at all making it so that any new element doesn't change anything like sponge bob, or the show simply doesn't have a fantastical enough world to justify someone like the Hulk showing up like Regular Show. (I guess he could in regular show but not permanently)

3) The world is saturated with potential- It isn’t just the main characters in the show that have powers, Its well established that the entire world is as magical and interesting as the main cast so if you want to not include them or even just get away from them for a bit it wouldn't have to be boring, because lets face it if you were in steven universe very little goes on that doesn't involve steven or the gems.

My suggestions for worlds where it could work-
1) Last Airbender/Korra- great world interesting power scale and a story that can be followed.
2)kungfu panda- While the actual show didn't have any overarching stories the world is interesting and the power scale is enough to justify a lot of leeway in how strong the characters could be.
3)Danny Phantom- interesting world, large power scale, and a story with enough weight to not break down.
4)Gravity falls AU- while the actual show doesn't have the power scaling or interesting world I suggested, there's one AU that fixes all of that the Demonic guardians AU would change everything and give the main cast enough power to work well with a lower level displaced. or the Transcendence AU could also work but I prefer demonic guardians because you can see how the already existing story would change.
