Art is by MagerBlutooth, writer of the fun Diamond and Dazzle series starring Diamond Tiara and her pet cat Dazzle.

This pic comes from chapter 18-3: Bonding. Pound is feeling stressed with bullies, fighting with his sister, and feelings of inferiority, so when Pumpkin goes to visit a friend his parents put him in charge for the day to cheer him up.

As she gives him the massage he asks for Cup flashes back to when the twins were babies and starts joyously singing an old lullaby.
