I've been slacking on my writing, but I'm getting back in the groove. · 6:24pm Mar 1st, 2018

With things like youtube around it's easy to get lost in a sea of other peoples content and forget about your own.

Between yesterday and today I put in 3 hours of writing and finished up 2 chapters. Only one more chapter to go before I post the original ending for Pound and Pumpkin Tales.

I have to say, a part of the trouble is that I'm just not that good at action scenes where a lot is supposed to be going on. I tend to have a narrow focus in my writing that doesn't lend itself well to these kinds of situations. The other part is that I feel it's a little weaker in terms of content, but usually when I think it didn't turn out good people tell me it came out fine, so I guess I'll leave it up to you. Some parts are stronger than others, though, and I think the growth shown by the twins near the end is very heartwarming.

The final issue is that I think they're written a little TOO mature for their ages. Even though it's written like they're still in kindergarten I think it would need a time skip to make them like 10 or so to be more believable. Then again, it's supposed to BE a finale type deal, so them being older wouldn't be odd.

Now that I'm back on track I'm hoping to start posting chapters by Saturday.
