Thanks everyone! I will try and move chapter 9 off the back burner and get moving on that ASAP.
So, as most of you who read these know, it's been a very, shamefully long time since I've updated Rude Awakening. And that's largely because, given who I am, I tend not to finish things when they get difficult. One of my biggest crutches in my life has been my video game habit (though some call it an addiction).

So I failed to mention it beforehand, but I went to Everfree NW. Pictures of swag and a few of people I met follow. Unfortunately, my phone's battery was dead all of the first day and died really fast the others, so there aren't too many.
Some cosplayers I went to dinner with on Saturday night. Poor Denny's; there were 20-30 bronies that wandered in in the space of half an hour.

Anyway, yes we love it! It may have started as a rewrite, but it's gone so much further now. Chapter 6 is easily one of the best things I've ever seen in the history of FOREVER! I was in metaphorical stitches!
