1. I have written most of my stories on my phone. I rarely use the computer to do this, only the final spellchecking happens with a computer.
2. The name Shimmering Thunder came way before the story, The Power Within. I just couldn't come up with any other name, so I used this one.
3. Even though I wrote a coltcuddler story, I'm not a coltcuddler myself.
4. After two years plus, I'm still in the closet with these ponies. Nobody in real life knows about it.
5. I have tried to include multiple random references into my stories. Mostly to The Power Within. However, they are not easy to know.
6. The Power Within's plot changed numerous times, and I planned Crescent Rain not to survive many times.
7. I have spent more hours listening to audio readings than reading stories myself.
8. I don't actually like my Scootaloo story at all. It also has the lowest ratings of all of my stories.
9. Two of my stories are completely unedited and they have the best ratings so far.
10. In The Power within, I never reveal the names of Shimmering's parents - that's because I still don't know them myself.
And so, there are 10 random fun facts about me and my stories. I may add more if I come to think of anything else. I could do a whole another blog about The Power Within as it suffered from many changes. For example, Shimmering was going to commit a suicide in one of the versions where Cres dies and loses their foal. In that version, Shimmering and Crescent would not have been biological siblings. I guess this was the random fact number 11.
