Alright, so its been more than the standard month (and rare fortnight) since the last update, so I suppose I owe an explanation, don't I?
Bottom line? Chapter's still in the works, but the going is slow.
Longer version? Well, classes officially started a week ago thanks to a delay with icy roads. However, now that they're going, I've got Calculus to deal with and that is a real time sucker. Beyond that, I'm getting reorientated with my story as a whole. Chapter 16 is being difficult across one of its scenes and I'm trying to at least slap it together so I can start grinding out the bumps.
In the meantime, I intend to finally finish my rewrite/edit of EqG:GX chapter 1 in the next few days. Back burner story it may be, I've been off of it for way too long. A few edits will be coming to chapter 2 as well just to smooth out continuity.
Thanks for the patience, guys. Lotta things have been frustrating recently, but I promise to get everything back on track in the near future.

Edit (2/13/18): Ugh, God... So my first Calculus exam is just passed and...god, I'm sure that wasn't good enough. Even so, I'm gonna kick my ass to get back into the groove now. I wanted EqGGX done sooner, but only half the progress I wouldn't to make in four times the time I wanted to take has been done. Life has just kinda been getting in the way. I'll get back to it as soon as I can. I haven't forgotten or abandoned. Promise.
Take your time, as a reader and a one day author hopeful, I as well as many others understand that it takes time to produce the quality stories we read on this site. Good luck in calculus, eat your veggies, stay in school, all the other stuff after school specials used to tell us.
