I had friends over most of the day. We played the DC Universe roleplaying game. I made an essence vampire, Irv made a Saiyan, and Z made a metal creator/manipulator. Mike was our GM. Because Irv is a Saiyan (got to our universe through planet Vegeta’s explosion causing a tear in space-time) she wanted to hit Superman while he was preoccupied with Doomsday. So what did she do? She punched Superman in the dick. Full power, running at full speed (27 meters a second [We’re low level so she’s just a Speed 5]). She broke her arm by punching Superman’s dick, then got booted by Doomsday into Superman. She got a GM point for hitting Superman, then immediately got it spent to survive being hit by Doomsday.
That was the best moment of the day.
Although I have Regeneration 20. Which means that I regen 2 Toughness (HP) per round. I also have Immortality 5. Which means that so long as there’s a piece of me somewhere, I will reconstitute to perfect condition after 1 day. I’m like what happens when you put together Alucard with a Dreadlord from Warcraft. Hell, I have a power called Affliction, which means that my target has to make a Will Save. If they fail They get Lethargic. The thing is, if they fail again, it gets worse on it’s own so I don’t have to use the power more than once. A second failure makes them exhausted. A third failure puts them to sleep. My essence feeding is basically through that Affliction.
It was tons of fun and I can’t wait until we play again.

I finished my first DND game a while ago. I made a Blackscale Dragonborn Bard with a -1 Charisma bonus. I melted a swarm of bees with acid and animated two giant stone yuan-ti statues which became his servants. So i made a very awkward bard with stone body guards. All in all? I'd say it was a success!

Bard can be pretty broken when they’re made right. Hell 5th Ed. put out a book recently that can make some really OP characters. Like the Zealot Barbarian....

I don't have much experience with DnD, started a campaign with a friend but never got around to finishing it.
If I had people to play with over ps4 chat (even if it's just one person) and they don't mind a total noob playing I'd love to have a go that kind of thing.
Eh, at least I have my forum RP's where everyone just writes out character reactions. It's simple but it works.

Forum RPs tend to work just about the same as a regular rpg would for the most part.

Yeah but DnD stuff is more complex, plus forum RP's can be derailed quickly. I've done a few where my storyline got usurped for big "End of Reality" plots, I just didn't have the heart or the courage (they were my only RP buddies at the time) to try and put it back on course. Then the whole thing just ended because the the two who were participating got into a fight over religion while I was offline.
Plus if I did a DnD thing, there's no way I'd be the DM and going along for the ride is as much fun is orchestrating an adventure.
