Warframe.
Yes, I've been playing a lot of Warframe these past few months. I got into it shortly after uploading the previous chapter. I play on the PS4, by the way, with the profile name Valtanes2. There's a Visidane out there too, but that's my brother's account. It's very fun and addictive, and I hope it continues to succeed as it presents a good role model for free to play MMO's.

Yes! Welcome to Warframe! PC player here. I've been playing off and on for a few years and just broke the 1300 hour mark a few weeks ago on Steam making it my most played game ever time wise aside from Runescape. Who's your favorite frame so far? I usually main Trinity. I quite enjoy being a healer type class that is also almost invincible in most situations. Really wish there was cross platform play so we could run some missions together.
Really got into Warframe about a week before the latest expansion (PoE) had released. Wish I could be playing it now but my PC is currently out of my reach.

I have a preference for Oberon partly because he's the first warframe I pieced together (though his Prime form is the most recent warframe I have acquired) and mostly because he's the closest "paladin-style" warframe in the game. Hell, his bundle is called Paladin Bundle. However, I tend to pick my warframes based on the mission. I go Nidus, Inaros, or Valkyr Prime when dealing with Infested. I like going Trinity Prime for Hijack missions and, I must admit, she is the best looking Prime for me. I go Frost for defenses or excavations , Ember or Equinox for interceptions. I'm happy to play around with other warframes on a whim, especially if I just built them.
HA! Welcome to Warframe then. Hope you have fun with it. I started playing when Trinity Prime was still in prime access. It's a shame that you're not on PC, would have loved to play with ya.
Also, glad to see somebody else likes playing Oberon. I don't have the Prime variant, but just normal Oberon is good enough for now. People tend to underestimate his value, but a jack of all trades is invaluable when you're missing the specialists you want.
Been hearing a lot of good things about Warframe when browsing the salt mines of the Destiny sub-Reddit. What's the general game play loop? Is it the type of experience that's enjoyable solo? Lastly are there medic/support roles?

The loop is simple. You pick a mission. The Lotus sends your magical space ninja to that mission. You accomplish the mission which unlocks more missions. You get resources as rewards which lets you build stuff for your magical space ninja to use.
Most of the missions can be done solo, even the bosses. It's pretty fun solo, but there are benefits to grouping with people. Opening relics for one thing. Having a clan also opens up a lot of resources too.
A few warframes specialize in support. Trinity and Oberon can heal, Octavia and Harrow do buffs. Equinox does a little of both.
