How big would Princes Celestia be if the average pony was the size of a shire horse?

So, how big would Princes Celestia be if the average pony was the size of a shire horse?

Educated guess based on the closest comparison of Twilight to Celestia from the show.

We can see Twilight’s withers come to pretty even to the bottom of Celestia’s barrel.

Shire mares average 16 hands (64 inches, 163 cm), the barrel is roughly half the height. That would put Celestia about 24 hands (96 inches, 243.84 cm) at her withers.

I’m good with math, but not a math wiz or anything. A lot of this guesstimation. Because looking at a similar shot from the same episode, Luna’s withers also line up with the bottom of Celestia’s barrel, yet Luna also stands taller than Twilight. Luna also has a sleeker barrel than Celestia or Twilight, this makes guesstimating an accurate range rather difficult.

okay so using an image comparing an eight foot tall candy cane to scootaloo and another unnamed filly, an average foal comes out to about 2'1". compare that to a shot where scootaloo is standing next to fluttershy, and comparing the ratios, we get a height for her, which would be 3'5". there's a shot of fluttershy and celestia both standing straight up, and in that the approximate height ratio of fluttershy to celestia is 162:256. This puts Celestia at 4'10". However, if we're talking shire horse, given we're doing crazy shit here I'll use an average shire STALLION for a mare's height. This puts Fluttershy at 68 inches at the withers. height from withers to top of the head is approximately a 20% increase on the overall height, so the average of 68 inches instead becomes 81.6 inches. throw that in the ratio and we get 128.94 inches, or 10 feet, 8.94 inches.

TL;DR:
Celestia would be about 10'9" tall overall, 8'7.5" at the withers.
