Ordo Xenos. Militant, Investigator, Minor Psyker, Idealist? Take your pick, they all match who I am, regardless of what I am doing at any given moment. I am a Commander upon the battlefield, rallying the God-Emperor’s soldiers to battle and pushing back the dark tide. An Investigator who does not believe in coincidences, and must find an explanation for what has happened. I am a minor pskyer with no control over my faint abilities, that often manifest and terrify those I perceive as foes. Then, I am also an idealist who believes the Imeperium can be redeemed, that our fate has not been decided and that we must accept that the darkness will destroy us. That is who I am, and there is nothing your investigation can do to change that.

A platoon of Oathsworn, from the Aries Five-Hundred and First Regiment, gifted to me by the Chapter Master of the Iron Wardens, for my service to his subsector and wards. Three Bulgryns from Subsector Aries. Vindicare Assassin designation LXVII. Often, I request aid from Squad Imeprialis, of the Deathwatch, aiding in my endeavors and investigations. I have even worked along side Subsector Aries’ Lord Commissar, Wolfrik, a time or two... Interesting fellow, fanatically devoted to their Lord General, to the point that is even unsettling at how he tries to gain her attention, while nearly idolizing the Chapter Master in command of their Subsector’s forces. I also work along side Inquisitor Allec, of the Ordo Malleus. Take your pick, they will all tell you the same things about me, and do not care about the title you’ll throw at them. You are still a simple little man, with a pretty little black coat, whose asking for their neck to be broken.

I... Do not know the Sector or Subsector, our arrival upon that planet was unexpected and unprecedented. I, nor Inquisitor Allec, know how exactly we arrived on that planet. However, we do know this from its locals. The planet was called ‘Equis’.

‘Inquisitorial Master Dameos’ can shove it up his damn cybernetic-wheelchair-bound tail pipe. I made a vow of secrecy with the God-Emperor’s name, and I shall not break it... At times, I believe it was he that sent us to that planet, for unknown reasons. The Lifeforms there had a strange connection to him, both Alecc and I could feel it in our bones and minds. If it is true, and he blessed that planet, then I will safeguard it, with my life if need be.
Countermeasure: Threat of Exterminatus being declared upon Planet Equis, when discovered.
Oh, such a hollow little threat. I’ve already taken precautions against that, idiot. If you do manage to discover that planet, despite me deleting any log entry and executing those I do not trust with such information? You will have to contend with a Chapter Master you do not wish to fight... One who does not mind slaughtering a couple hundred Inquisitors and thousands of their lackys. Not to mention, Inquisitor Allec, despite being a cynical asshole, will ensure your ‘spies’ never come back with a report. Even LXVII has sworn to secrecy, good luck.

They REALLY live up to the name “Inquisitors” for Equestria. They also will make perfect use of the quote “No one expects the Imperial Inqusition!”
I'm intrigued by this idea. A lot, so I am looking forward to how a story like this may play out.
Also about that whole Xeno race blessed by the god-emperor thing. Well sometimes with crossovers you have to give some leeway for everything to work, or well it may not turn out so well. Besides if I remember correctly even in Warhammer 40k cannon the Imperium has worked with Aliens (temporarily) on some occasions. (Please note there are quite a few holes in my knowledge of Warhammer lore so I may be going off some information I have scavenged up from some of my friends and other fans I know.) Also I swear I read a fic where the god-emperor visited the Equestria before and blessed the world. I'm drawing a blank on the fic fic right now but it is probably where I am getting my intrigue from because I liked the Idea.
Anyways like many of your stories I am looking forward to what this can become.
