A teenage Pegasus colt having a steel black coat, green irises, one blood red wing, one mechanical wing, and shoulder length straight black hair with green highlights was laying down on his couch. Beside him was some unfinished homework and DBZ drawings, however, he wasn't working on either of them. No, no, he was currently playing a game of Haylo 3 on his XPony 360 and was currently on the first mission.
Suddenly Cloud barged through the door, holding a bunch of wooden planks, a hammer, no nails. Beside him was the CMC, his best friends at school.
He saw the colt playing the game and asked, "Shouldn't you be writing? I mean, you left off on a cliff-hamburger." His head tilted to the side innocently as he asked this.
"Yeah, yeah, I know. But I have some homework, I need to get some exercise in, I need to draw some cover art and I need to mow the lawn." Midnight Twister said, pausing his game. Cloud and the CMC stared blankly.
"But you're playing games..." The Saiyan and fillies said after a moment. Following suite was an awkward silence.
"Fine, I'll get to writing! Just let me get to the next checkpoint and finish all my other stuff..." Midnight sighed.
And the colt said this exact same sentence everyday for two months...

Yeah, I thought I might post a blog explaining what was going on and why DBTX hasn't been updated, but I wanted to do it in a fun way, so here it is! All the reasons are above. I hope to get to writing over the weekend. See ya later!
