Chapter 15 of "The Expansive Romance of Applebloom and Coral Leaf" is now up! · 1:34am Sep 11th, 2017
Well, took a little while, but we finally got another chapter out!
You know some things you have to do, but it probably would be a lot simpler if you didn't do it?...that's what this chapter felt like.
I weighed the pros and cons at one point, but I felt it would give us something we hadn't really had. Though Coral was working with the Apples during applebucking for the cider festival, most of the time he was off by himself doing his thing. I felt this chapter, was a good chance to see him getting to work with the Apple family, plus, get to see him interact with Applejack, and show how she's come around.
It does feel like "Family Appreciation Day Part 2," but I wanted him to get a chance to interact with his future in-laws.
I also enjoyed giving over some 'playful banter' with the CMC, and also, them playing around with Coral as well.
I'm hoping to start work on Chapter 16 soon, which I am hoping will flow much smoother (I will admit: I'm more excited about that chapter than this one, but that's all I can say at this moment).
