She was a simple filly, daughter of a klutzy mailmare, considered to be below average even thought she was a born unicorn. Her life was hard, many looking to her and simply shrugging the filly off without care. Darkness grew around her, others picking on her, no pony but her mother protecting her. Life was becoming hard, it was becoming unwelcomed. One night, over and over, the filly wished for one thing that she’s always wanted. One thing that always seemed to escape her, no matter how hard the filly tried... A friend. Her wish was heard.

He was a great general of the Blood God’s armies, slaughtering thousands in Khorne’s name. Though, after untold eons of service, set back after set back began to happen. With each defeat, every time the Blood God’s forces were forced into retreat, the Bloodthirster began to fall from grace. One day, the ever enraged Blood God had enough with his pawn’s failures, and decided they shall suffer a far worse fate than the Basilica of Torment. To be bound to a mortal’s whim, until their contract with the Blood God has ended or the Greater Daemon is no more.

A tale of hardship is about to be unfold, where one must learn what it is to have a friend, while the other begins to learn what they were always missing. The Blood God watches, a grin upon his fiery lips, and waits to see what shall become of this simple whim. Will it fall apart? Or will it forge something greater? Only one knows the answer, and Khorne refuses to consult the Architect of Fate...

Unknown to either party, the Caribou begin to move... Will Equestria fall? Or will something stop the inevitable?
