Original Fic is INSANELY HARD · 7:51pm Aug 9th, 2017
I just decided to severely cut the scope of the original novel I've been working on, and... man, I've been so stressed all summer, and it LIFTED, just like this.
I don't know. I want to be good and make STUNNING ORIGNAL fiction, but I just whammed out 1600 words of dumb futa incest clop in an HOUR. And a bit more, since. My original novel is good, but... Ah, it's good to be back. One day I'm sure I'll be able to get original fiction out as naturally and freely as I pump out horny pony porn. But that day has not yet come.
And but so probably new stuff up next week, if circumstances my brain co-operate.

Yeah, probably. I mean, that's my record, for sure.
Structure and genre conventions give me ulcers. Bronies are easy. They like Twilight and Celestia; they don't like Toola Roola or Frazzle Rock (not that that stops me). Other than that you can pretty much go crazy. Esp. because FiMfic is a site that's really good at getting eyeballs on new stories.
Original fic? God, there are so many sub-genres! So many rules! So few ways to get it seen. *sweatdrops*
Well. Anyway. Eventually I'll figure it out. Either that or I'll die of old age and won't have to worry if anybody likes my stories any more.
