I can't decide how I would begin with this. I know for a fact that this movie is a stupid idea from paper and is a stupid idea in 3D. But just like the remake of "Beauty and the Beast," it's up to me to watch it to prove my point.

Cliches, overused plot points, and so on, complete with many unfunny jokes, that this Brony was quite surprised to hear even some children and adults laughing in the theater.

If anything, the trailers for some movies like "The Nutjob 2," "Ferdinand," and even a Fathom Events screening for "Batman and Harley Quinn" are a lot more promising than this film. Hell, even the "Hotel Transylvania" short that comes before it is a lot more appealing than the whole movie. Speaking of trailers, I'm especially worried that Sony's next film "The Star" might strike several nerves this holiday season.

I really, really, don't recommend this film and rather just wait awhile for the next movie in August. But here's to TJ Miller to voice Toughnut again for "Dragons 3" in 2019.
