To learn from the past to make the future, to see mistakes and remedy them, it is our duty to eternally improve upon our past.

    What is best:
Finish something, even if I must slice and cut things to make it work properly, and see it done, for good or bad?
Fix something, even at the cost of large swaths of story lost, and progress setback by some ways?

So, I'm back. I... can try to explain, I suppose.

I suppose that not everything can go well, not even if you plan for it.

My saddest story yet, The Last Sparkle Before the Night, has become my most popular, and its sequal seems to be following suit.

My other tales are doing well, but let's get down to why I am posting this.

I am taking a brief break to deal with a few problems. Nothing serious, but I think I won't be back for a week, maybe more. Take some time to get everything in order, and give some serious thought about my stories.

I am slowly losing inspiration for them, and I might need to find a new source of inspiration. I have done it before, I can do so again.

So in total; thanks for your support, and your comments (except that one about links). I'll be back, at the start of August, maybe later. I hope you find inspirations in your own life, and continue to find and do what you love.

Amaranthine,
You take as much time as you need. You've written so many wonderful chapters, and created so many stories that each are on an entirely different world. I'm so happy to hear The Last Sparkle Before the Night has received much deserved attention. Your stories are worth a year of waiting, if not more. I'll be praying you discover a new inspiration, find a solution to your problems, and stay safe and well.
