I don't because any one with the filter on would never see the story, and an M rating for gore would have to be a gore fest. Not something I do, just because at that point it would be satirical, and ridiculous.

I'll somewhat answer your question.
As far as I know, with explicit permission, you can move a story from one user to another with the help of a story approver or administrator. Though when it comes to commissions, I'm not sure, it's a grey area I'd imagine.
