At long last, I finally, truly HAVE THE INFINITY GUANTLET, the Power, Soul, Time, Space, Reality, and Mind Stones are mine to command!
However, there was one small problem: the Guantlet was too heavy. So, I used the Stones to turn the Guantlet into a necklace. Behold, the Infinity Pendant! The pendant of a God! (that I actually bought from Amazon for $10.)
One does not simply include the Venom Symbiote in their block buster game without expecting GMVs set to Eminem's Venom to be created.
Now how the Hell do I start the add-on? I wanna be a Vampire Lord, dammit! Also, it'll make for great research and development for that M-rated Gravity Falls Vampire Project I'm working on, which is now called "Shadows In The Moonlight."

There is a add on option at the start you have to go there and hit dawn guard and most likely download it that should do it and you still have to get a lebel requiment

After that, someone will come to bring up that the Dawn guard is recruiting. Thing is, you can go the Dawnguard side, and still become a Vampire Lord after getting all the equipment you want from them. Alternatively, you go with the Vampire Lord stuff first, for option of getting better Vamp gear. Ultimately, you have to decide when Serana, the chick with an Elder Scroll on her back, takes you to meet her father. That's as non spoiler as it gets for directions.

Reaching level 10, like a previous commenter said. Someone will appear in the nearest hold you either leveled up at, or fast traveled to; they'll be by the gate, inside town/the city.

You said it was already "installed" right? Then no, you don't need to download it again. You just need to meet some in-game requirements before the questline will start.
