A start over.

So it's been about a month since the collapse of the old Spectrum Crew and cancellation of the story. Unlike my other co-writers, I've stayed out of making any public statements, as I'm not really one for airing out dirty laundry nor am I a confrontational person. Don't try to pry me for any answers or another side on this drama. All of us, on all sides, want to move on forward. As much as many of us want to bring the old days back, that's not going to happen sadly.

In terms of my part in the rebooted Spectrum story, I will still be writing for it. The Spectrumverse is still a huge passion project for me, and writing the Asia and Mirror side stories was some of the most fun I've ever had in writing creatively. But with the way things are right now, it's pretty clear the two stories will also be needing a reboot of their own. And I have no problem with this. It has been pretty obvious that a great deal of Spectrum was written on the fly even with pre-planned stuff hanging around (and even that stuff was being modified and questioned as time went on). The reboots of Asia and Mirror are largely to accommodate the new plot and elements of the rebooted main story, as well as incorporate new ideas that I've brainstormed over the last couple weeks.

This will take time, but the ball should get rolling soon. Thank you for your support.
