    Do any of you know?

    Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could help me find a certain story that I am looking for?

The cover art has a Anthro version of Princess Twilight Sparkle held by the throat by an Anthro version of Midnight Moon.

The reason I wanted to find this story is I wanted to talk to the artist of that cover art and see how much they charge for commissions.

Does anyone know how to do this?

    Hello everyone,

I am wondering how to do a line break or scene break as I want to do this for a updated chapter to 'Kindness: To Save A Life' yet I am not sure how to do this.

If anyone could give me step by step directions on how to do this that would be just awesome.

    Thank you all.

This is why I don't like the 'like' and 'dislike' tabs. · 5:32pm Jun 8th, 2017

I just posted another chapter to my Anon-a-Miss story and some one pressed the dislike tab now I am not really upset about this because I know this story isn’t for everyone. But it would have been nice to learn why 35 people have disliked the story that is why I don’t like the ‘Like’ and ‘Dislike’ tabs because you can press them without having to give a real reason for pressing them. It would be nice to see those tabs go or to have it set up to were if you feel you don’t like someone’s work then you should have to leave a constructive reason for not liking it. Just saying X doesn’t work you need to give a full REAL reason why you don’t like the story which in turn would help the author out so that she or he can make changes as needed. By leaving such criticism it would also help the author become a better writer. So to the 35 people that didn’t like my story I am asking you all as a fellow Fim Fiction writer to please tell me the real reasons you all didn’t like my story and I will work on trying to make the story better.

While there is a problem with the like dislike system (mainly being you can dislike a story before reading it, seconds after it's published and you can't unlike a story without switching to a dislike), only the second one is causing issues for you. You have received plenty of criticism on the story, and while some issues can't easily be fixed, as they're too deeply ingrained (like the millions of subplots, especially the ones that have absolutely nothing to do with Anon-A-Miss and Sunset’s story), other criticism you’ve pretty much ignored. The pacing and subplot juggling has gotten worse, scenes important to the Anon-A-Miss and Sunset story are way too short, especially compared to Chrysalis, Eventide, and Adagio. Where the story really jumped off the deep end is how completely any sense of morality or decency. It was bad enough that Twilight received by far the most crap of any character (including Rainbow and the CMC), but now we also learn that Princess Celestia (whose arrogance caused a genocide and created a horrid monster) did the exact same thing she was yelling at Twilight for, well after the court rule was established. Even worse, Sunset slaughtered roughly 150 innocents. Was there any point whatsoever to that? I'm pretty sure that gave you a dislike or two at least.

The last few chapters have done nothing besides push forward subplots that no one cares about and make plenty of characters that we’re supposed to sympathize with, including Sunset, more despicable while all the accusations and bile gets flung the wrong way. You’ve been getting criticism on these issues for a very long time, but they've been getting worse. I can easily see people who left the criticism before getting sick of it and giving a dislike, especially since you are losing likes as well. Ever since Sunset’s death (arguably since her letters), the story has been going downhill, embracing its worse aspects while ignoring it's best, with some added character butchering as well.

I don’t know. Sometimes, people dislike things for petty reasons. I’d rather have the dislikes there than rage for ten minutes over the pettiness of someone disliking for a simple thing that I probably warned them about in the description. Sometimes, like/dislike buttons allow for the evasion of internet arguments... But that’s just my take from my experience on other writing sites.

Either actually listen to the criticism or not complain when people drop a dislike without repeating criticism that's been brought up many times. People complain about too many subplots that have nothing to do with the Anon-A-Miss story before Sunset’s death multiple times would drop a dislike and leave after the past few chapters for example. What would the point be of repeating it? Same with how disappropriate all of the character reactions are. Many of the problems could've easily been fixed or avoided with some tweaks while the Eventide, sirens, and other subplots could've easily been another story, condensed, or at the very least not interfer everytime something important to the actual story happens. Just look at what happened in the Answers chapter with Windsor. While he did act a bit childish, he repeated the same criticism that has been brought up countless times and the author’s response was basically "it's my story”. This blog is complaining about how people can leave a dislike without leaving criticism but the author has ignored plenty of it in the past.

4565382 I mean, it's their story. They can do whatever they want with it. Why would some people want to change the idea of the story when the creator WANTS that idea? That's like saying Harry Potter should be a girl and change the name to Helga Potter when J.K. Rowling wants it to be a boy and wants that name.
