Weird Dream woke me up. · 10:12am Jun 7th, 2017
So I’m writing the most important bit now before I forget. Even if nothing comes from it, I find the snippet as cute as it is kind of sad.
Pinkie Pie didn’t like mares. Not one bit. Which was why she suggested to Rarity that they speak alone at a nice candle light dinner. So that it could be just the two of them alone without their friends interrupting them. It’s also why she didn’t say how much she liked the bags under Rarity’s eyes or the bit of leaf sticking out of her mane because it made her smile looked all the more sincere. Or did it make her friend Fluttershy’s smiles look devious by comparison?
Still. It’s also a good thing she didn’t say how Rarity’s coat glistened in the moonlight making her look all the more beautiful. Or how she’s had butterflies in her stomach around her for awhile now. That wasn’t attraction after all. Those were simply things that ponies felt every now and then when they “accidentally” missed their 24th mini meal of the day to talk to their friend. Who simply was a bit more distracting than their other friends. After all. There was no denying, 100 percent true, even to a pony who’s never dated once in her entire life like Pinkie Pie. That she was not attracted to mares.
I woke up to that bit of story narrative being “read to me” while Pinks was out with Rares in a nice restaurant. The bit of leaf was from Pinks pulling Rarity to the restaurant when Rarity said she wanted to talk alone at Pinkie Pie speeds. I don’t quite know what the bags under Rarity’s eyes were from.
But when I woke up before any more could be read. That scene felt a bit sad with Pinks being oblivious to her actual feelings for Rarity (and jumping the gun like she did). But at the same time cute hearing the narrative being told in Pinkie Pie’s voice. A part of me wants to see what happens next, and would regret it if I waited before the dream snippet could slip from my memory. So there it is, and if any shippers out there want to take that snippet and run with it. That’d be awesome.

PS: How come my indentions aren’t showing when I post? It makes my paragraphs looks messy.
I would read this, but only if we got a sub-plot about why Fluttershy is smiling so deviously.

It’s more of a comparison of how Flutters normally smiles (it’s an odd thought, but I vaguely recall Pinks thinking about the moe smile of Flutters, and thinking how it looks a bit devious) to the way Rares was smiling at the moment (well Pinks perception of how Rares was smiling).
