LEDs work by using an electroluminescent material and a low current, as opposed to conventional bulbs, which utilize a thin filament and a high current.
Technically, with plenty of work and practice, one could theoretically convert a traditional lightbulb into a working vacuum tube. It’s already been done before, and certain people have gone one step further, and created vacuum tubes from scratch, using nothing but glass, wires, and mesh.
Before the rise of the x86 platform, the Zilog Z80 CPU was one of the most well-known processors, right alongside the MOS (Later Commodore) 6502, and the Motorola 68k.
Spider silk is stronger than steel.
Rice Krispies are *gasp* literally just the cereal with melted marshmallows and/or whatever the heck they use to glue the stuff together.
Update News
Alrighty then. With Summer Break starting for me officially by tomorrow, there are two options for updates: Either I’m gonna start dumping a crapton of content, or I’m gonna burn myself out and get smacked in the face with writers’ block.
So far, it seems to be leaning towards the latter, unfortunately.
Twilight Finds Herself in Generation 1.
With Twilight Finds Herself in Generation 1, the primary problem is the fact that I can’t exactly spend time to binge-watch every Gen 1 episode, and so lately, I’ve been relying heavily on what information I can scrape off of from wiki entries and others of the such. Because of this, updates for the story will likely slow without any help from readers.
Space Horse
I didn’t expect for myself to run dry of ideas so soon for this story, and aside from making it seem a bit repetitive, I urgently feel like I should end the story soon. Once again, reader input will help tremendously.
Toaster Waffles are Magic
Unlike my previous special, there were relatively few ideas provided by my followers, making it a bit hard to write a story based entirely off of the aforementioned ideas. As such, I will continue accepting ideas, OCs, etc. for the story until further notice.
Shattered Rainbow
It took three months to plan and write five chapters for a story that gained very little attention despite my effort, but I’ll continue trying... wait another couple months maybe. A few weeks if I start to get the hang of it.
What If?
Accepting any and all ideas, as usual.
Split Conscience
Taking as to how this was technically an entry to the first time I tried to create my own story universe, and taking into consideration how it’s a very slice-of-life focused creation, this may begin to see additional updates in the future, depending on whether or not I can come up with something non-repetitive. Maybe.
As always, constructive criticism on each of these stories is gladly accepted.
Nitpick time!
Oh you uneducated child.......
Anyway, spider silk only has a high tension strength. Meaning it can be pulled more. Steel has a higher compression and shear strength. I am not certain about torsion, but I think it might be the silk.
