So I've got options on what I want to write next. It's one of three that I would put under the Displaced category. Two are actually in the Displaced Metaverse, and one is not.
-The Three and The CMC: I gave a brief hint at it in my previous Blog.
-An as of yet unnamed Displaced fic. Having trouble coming up with a name for it. It's a somewhat traditional Displaced, I.E. go to a con, only the protagonist goes as The Lich King (yes I know there's already one of those on the site). Only the protagonist gets a lot more stuff than just Frostmourne. In fact they get so much that they become their Equestria's version of Death. As in the Incarnation of Death. Inspired by Monster is as Monster Does.
-My Little Theory-Crafted Hero: Bethany Sanders, or just Beth, is friends with two Gods working at her local Game Stop. A Game Stop she visits so frequently, she's gotten to know said Gods rather well. They offer her a proposition. "You go to Equestria, call out Celestia on her laziness, be a friend to the lonely Luna, and hit Discord for failing at Chaos. So long as you do those things you can do whatever you want." However Beth won't be going as just herself. She'll be getting some upgrades first. Upgrades she gets to decide on. Inspired by Star Eater.

The Lich king one sounds kinda fun. Bring it on and I might make my own displaced in the future, I've been meaning too anyways.

4553656 Well The Lich King one is kinda a Love Letter to the Displaced genre. The lead has a monolog about the his (my) opinion on the genre as he's wandering around a booth just picking up item after item.
Also he kinda functions a little bit as a living video game. He actually reads info pop-ups as he's falling through the sky to Equestria.
Is he a Gary Stu? Well He's a Force Unleashed style of Lich King, so yes, he is a bit of a gary stu. Yet you counter that with personality and putting things in his way that pure force won't solve, or solve correctly. Like Having issues with Celestia, dealing with a Twilight that he's been slowly educating over the years, and fighting a three front war that he arm-chair generals. One of which answers the question, where is Equestria's army?
