Apology, and a list of projects in the works. · 7:27pm May 25th, 2017

Hello! It feels surreal to be writing a blog post on what I've been doing and how my updates are going to go. I was off the site for almost a year, had a big jump in life. And I have many more hurdles I'll have to scramble over in the months to come. Basically, I got a Class 1 license (driving big rigs) and been scouring for jobs after I got laid off just before the holidays. I had also got into a minor car accident, no one got extensively hurt, but my car was completely wrote off.

I took a while to fully recover, mostly whip lash and belt bruising on my shoulder and chest. After physio completed I got laid off and have been looking for jobs ever since. So from this time last year a lot has happened. Anyways, moving onto the most important part. My stories.

As you may or may not have known, The Key chapter 2 was recently updated (perhaps a few weeks ago.) I haven't started chapter 3 yet, but I will be doing so in the near future. Finding Love.... Now isn't that what most people have been waiting for. I had a good chunk of chapter 5, and I decided to scrap the entire chapter and re-write it. That's at just under 3k words at the moment as I try and figure out a real reason for that story to exist. A plot if you will. I don't want it to turn into a clopfest like many of my other stories have done. I have an idea, so we shall see where that goes.

I have a couple one-offs on the go. One is including a Twilight Sparkle/Velvet on a human. As well as a Anon story that I started writing in a half an hour as just a fun exercise. Don't know where it's going but it's not going to be meant as a well written story, more like a story-done-fast kinda thing. Also I have a story featuring a human-obsessed Lyra story, All I can really let you in on is the first line. "Lyra... We need to talk..." Is all it started with! So we shall see how it goes.

And that's basically it. I will be continuing to write whenever I can, but I'm not going to try and conform to a set period. Might do what I've seen before and set up a list of stories and progression so you all can see how things are processing! Until then, see you in the next update!
