The show My Little Pony Friendship is Magic and the film series My Little Pony Equestria Girls has several villains. This list is about the top 10 My Little Pony villains that I like the most. This list counts former villains.
10. human Filthy Rich
Filthy Rich is the secondary villain in the 4th Equestria Girls film. Turning Diamond Tiara's dad into a villainous character is a good idea. Sadly Filthy Rich was in 3 scenes. He deserved more screen time. Despite his lack of screen time he is a enjoyably corny villain and is 1 of the best parts of the 4th Equestria Girls film.
9. the Mane-iac
The Mane-iac is the villain of 1 episode. She is a enjoyably goofy villain who sure lives up to her name. Her over the top silliness made her 1 of the show's most entertaining female villains. I hope that she returns.
8. Trixie
Trixie is a magician who called herself "the great and powerful Trixie". She started off as a non-evil antagonist in her first episode, but she returned as a villain. However thanks to Starlight she's no longer a villain. She was a enjoyably silly villain. She was fun in her first 2 appearances in the show. In season 6 her entertainment value was turned down thanks to her no longer being a villain, but she remains as 1 of My Little Pony's most memorable girl villains.
7. Sunset Shimmer
Sunset Shimmer is the villain in the first Equestria Girls villain. She was a cool rival to Twilight Sparkle. However she became a better character in the sequels where she's now 1 of the show's best female heroes. Either as a villain or a hero Sunset is a pretty good character.
6. Queen Chrysalis
Queen Chrysalis is a villainous leader who is 1 of the show's evilest and most threatening villains. She is 1 of the franchise's coolest villains. She is 1 of the most powerful and coolest looking characters. Plus she's 1 of the show's best singers and has a menacing voice. She has been the main villain more than once and I hope that she returns.
5. Starlight Glimmer
Starlight Glimmer is the main villain in season 5 who stopped being a villain and became a major character in season 6. Although this list is about villains she was kind of a eh villain, but she sure is a pretty good hero who is 1 of the best characters in the show's recent seasons. She went from being a okay character to being 1 of the show's best written and cutest characters.
4 and 3. the Flim Flam brothers
Although they are similar they are 2 characters so they take up 2 places on the list. The Flim Flam brothers may not be that threatening, but they sure are fun. It's hard not to be impressed by their energetic personalities. They are 2 of the franchise's most enjoyable characters and I look forward to their next appearance.
2. Abacus Cinch
Abacus Cinch is Crystal Prep's principal and is the villain in the 3rd Equestria Girls film. She is my favorite female villain in the My Little Pony franchise. She is the franchise's most entertaining and funny female character. She acted so enjoyably over the top and corny. She is the best thing in the 3rd Equestria Girls film. I doubt that she'll return, but I'd love that.
1. Discord
Discord is the best My Little Pony character! He is 1 of the funnest characters in the history of creation. Discord is a former villain who is a troublemaker. The best My Little Pony episodes are the ones that have him. He is 1 of a kind character who is delightfully goofy. Plus he's voiced by John de Lancie who's 1 of the best actors ever. Overall Discord is easily the franchise's best male character and he's my favorite My Little Pony character.
What about Adagio, Tirek, and Sombra? Also, I know she was added after this was made, but what do you think of Cozy?
