"Mass Effect" playthrough? · 10:55pm May 15th, 2017
Yesterday, I made a blog asking if you, my viewers (I know you're out there somewhere) wanted to see a KotOR playthrough. Now I have a similar question.
Should I do a "Mass Effect" playthrough?
I found an unopened copy of Mass Effect 1 at the Goodwill I work at, and I was able to buy it. And it even installed well and everything. Problem was, when I tried to play it, it sent me to a configuration screen that instantly stopped working and forced me to click out of the game.
Fortunately, I spoke to a representative on EA's website, and not only did they approve a version of ME that I could download off of Origin (sort of like EA's version of Steam) for no additional charge, but since the disk I bought was like a beta version of the game, the download they sent me was of the full game, updates, patches and all.
I was so happy, I could have cried.
So, my question to you is: would you like to see a "Mass Effect" playthrough, as well?
Might start my KotOR videos sometime soon, if I can get some more incentive.
I would LOVE to see a KOTOR playthrough, especially one with mods, like ones that add all the cut content, or at least as much as possible
EA did this? I'm pretty sure this is unprecedented behavior from them.
Wow, you are lucky! I would see it
4534183 I was surprised, too. I even said outright that I got it at Goodwill.
If you do, I recommend that you play as a soldier before trying to get into the other classes and powers. Speaking from experience, since I've played it off and on for a few years now.
If you like a more story driven game, Mass Effect is for you. Just note, if you do end up enjoying it amd seeking out the other games, YOUR CHOICES DO MATTER. Have fun, and if you need any tips lemme know. I got a few years of experience under my belt :)
