May Be A Good Month · 3:28pm May 5th, 2017

hOI!!!

There are quite a number of exciting possibilities along with post blind accomplishments this month. Here are the biggest ones.

First off is how Doodle Noodle, Ari, and I are going to soon find out whether we have been accepted to present at BronyCon! If we are I am confident the three of us will put on a fantastic presentation where we really show how to positively spread "Acceptance", "Understanding", "Empowerment", and "Community" to all by proving people are far more than perceived stereotypes.

Next is Enterplay releasing their latest MLP Trading Cards. Ari and I entered the "Create A Card" contest a month before the last of my vision finally faded away. Production errors have delayed the set's release until May 12th, at the earliest, but there is a genuine chance you'll see Ari's artwork as a genuine card in the set!

Related to the above is how I sold my MLP DVD collection and Wii games to afford two boxes of the cards! I will not be able to see them but will enjoy putting the set together with my wife and son. It will be most enjoyable indeed. especially if Ari's artwork is a part of it. :)

Next is how I've been starting to locate job opportunities to apply for. I am still waiting on follow up but I at least know there are positions out there where my disability can actually be an advantage. I am eager to share news on interviews along with my eventual return to employment.

Ari and I are nearly done with "City of Solitude". This story has been over nine years in the works and should be set to have made into an official book by the end of the month. If it is it will be brought to BronyCon to share while, as before, working to get my name out there a bit more. You can't succeed in the arts if you don't keep trying to get your work out there to s many potential readers of influence as possible.

I'm also still working as much as possible with Richard Merryfield on "COLORS" and the revolutionary way to enjoy all forms of media called "Audio Vision". If successful "COLORS" will serve as a demo to all sorts of astounding possibilities for hardware and software application. It would also be a very low cost function that could be added to just about anything so those with visual disabilities can enjoy technology just like those who are fully sighted!

So here's to all sorts of potential in the forthcoming month! Thanks to all who have stood by me as I've gone through the many ups and downs of losing my job as a result of losing my sight. Soon I will make being blind a benefit and I could not do it without my family, friends, and especially my wife, Tina, and son, Ethan.
