Plans for 2020

They say the difference between an amateur writer and a professional writer is that amateurs wait for inspiration, professionals sit down and get it done. That alone is why I've always considered an amateur and nothing more. Losing motivation to write has plagued me before, and its why New Sun Rises is taking so damn long to finish.

An Update

With any luck, I think I can have the latest chapter ready within the next week.
Just figured I'd let people know in advance so it's not too sudden of a surprise to realize that I still exist.
And no, I don't have any real excuse for why it's taken me this long to get back to working on this. If there was a box for bad authors to sit in, I would be there right now.

We're here for another 'no, I'm not actually dead' update, and it's a good one.

The first portion of my newest project is more or less finished. I'll still be giving it a few quick run-overs to polish things up, but it is otherwise ready for publishing. If you need a reminder as to what said project is, you can check the sneak preview here. The first chapter will be published on Saturday, April 29th and follow a Wednesday/Saturday schedule for the subsequent chapters.

So mark your calendars! Spread the word! Sacrifice a small goat to the gods of horsewords!

In other news, I will be on vacation for the next couple of weeks. And I mean like a legit 'leaving the country and everything' vacation. It shouldn't impede with the publishing schedule since I'll just pre-upload the chapters ahead of time, but if something's late, you'll know why.
