*peaks at first few chapters* What the fuck was I writing here?
Anyway, I'm kinda back ... at least in spirit. I've been working over Fire that Chills in my head. Unfortunately, as I've figured out how I want the world to work now, I have to go back in time like 3 years and fill in all my shitty, unplanned plot holes.
Seriously, I'm not even sure what kind of bread trails I was trying to lay down in the first few chapters. I honestly had no idea what I was doing. I'm working on reworking the first five or six chapters, just to batten down the world building properly. I've already rewritten the first three completely, but I think I can mostly just touch up the others to be proper. And I'm nearly done with chapter ... 29 ... holy frick I've written a lot for this. Like 900 Kb of horse words.
But, and I might have said this a few times by now, I'm a University student now. I'm taking classes involving fucking waves in matter, I never really expected my physics class to make me question my perception of reality BUT I KNOW BETTER NOW. My point is, I'm a slow ass writer, but I'm still passionate about this ... idunno headcannon? world? I dunno what to call this trainwreck. But I do want to complete it, there's so many stories I want to craft and share in this world I've thought up. And after spending like a year thinking it over in my head I think I actually know what direction it needs to go in.
So I dunno, I might crawl out of my grave by summer time.
